30-day happy pet guarantee
If your pet isn't loving their toy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement — no awkward questions about chewed corners.
How to start a return
Email sales@storepawstown.com with your order number and a quick note (or photo) about what's wrong. We'll reply within one business day with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened catnip and clearance items are final sale.
