By using storepawstown.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & pricing
We try to keep product descriptions, photos, and prices accurate. Colors may vary slightly between screens. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory mistakes (with a full refund).
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is captured and we email you a confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for any reason, including suspected fraud.
4. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it for commercial purposes, or interfere with how it works.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, text, logos — belongs to Store Paws Town LLC or our partners and may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability
Paws Town toys are intended for supervised play. Please choose toys appropriate for your pet's size and chewing strength, and discard damaged toys. To the extent allowed by law, Store Paws Town LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
